Estimating Services
A clear, structured schedule of works that breaks your project into trade packages, ready for tender or contract.
A schedule of works lists every task needed to complete a project, organised by trade or area, with a description of the work and provisional quantities. Builders price the same list, so the quotes you receive can be compared line by line.
It suits refurbishments, extensions and repair work where full measured drawings would be overkill but you still want consistent pricing. We prepare it from your drawings, specification, survey notes and photographs, and set it out so it can be issued to tenderers or used as the contract scope.
If you want the schedule priced as well, we can provide an estimate alongside it. For larger new-build work, a full Bill of Quantities may be the better choice. Read more in our guide: Schedule of Works Explained.
