Post-Contract Services
Producing and agreeing the final account at completion, so the project closes on a fair and agreed figure.
At the end of a project, the original contract sum needs adjusting for everything that changed along the way. The final account brings together all variations, adjustments to provisional sums and omissions to reach the final amount due.
We collate the records, value anything still outstanding and reconcile the account against the contract sum. Whether you are the contractor preparing the account or the client checking it, you get a clear, itemised document to negotiate from.
The process is far quicker when variations and valuations have been recorded properly during the job, but we can also pick up accounts part way through.
