Fair Payments for Work Actually Done

During a build, the contractor is paid in stages for the work completed. An interim valuation assesses that work — and any materials on site — against the contract, so the payment matches real progress.

We can prepare payment applications for contractors, or check applications on behalf of clients. Either way, both parties get an independent, itemised figure, which protects cash flow and avoids disputes building up over the course of the job.

Valuations are set against the priced document the contract is based on, such as a Bill of Quantities or schedule of works, and take account of any variations agreed so far.
